How long is the construction period of clean room project?
The construction period of the clean room project is affected by the area, class, construction difficulty, transportation time of materials and equipment, and the cooperation mode between Party A and Party B. Relevant information is required to make an estimate.
1. Area, class. If the area is large, class requirement is strict, and there are temperature and humidity requirements, it is necessary to use constant temperature and humidity air conditioning units. The supply cycle of constant temperature and humidity air conditioning units is generally longer than that of ordinary equipment, and the construction period needs to be extended accordingly. Customized air conditioning units are generally delivered in 25-30 days.
2. Difficulty of construction. For example, it is inconvenient to handle materials on high floors, especially large plates and air-conditioning equipment.
3. Time for transportation of materials and equipment.
4. Cooperation mode between Party A and Party B. This includes a lot, such as: the time of signing the contract, whether to pay in time according to the agreement, the time of materials entering the site, and so on. If the cooperation is pleasant, it usually can be completed according to the prescribed time.
